Naar Can Tho in Vietnam

Beste allemaal,
Na bijna 5 jaar ga ik weer op reis en werken als vrijwilliger. Deze keer niet naar Afrika maar naar Azië en wel naar Vietnam. Ik ben gestationeerd in Can Tho in de mekong delta, dit is in het zuiden van het land.
Van 9 januari tot 6 maart zal ik werken in Thien An Orphanage, The city Orphanage en Buu Tri Pagode. Dit is althans op dit moment de bedoeling, mogelijjk komen hier aanpassingen in als er hulp op een andere plaats nodig blijkt.
De leefomstandigheden in Vietnam zijn redelijk tot goed te noemen. Er is voldoende voedsel en schoon drinkwater voor de kinderen en ook is de gezondheidszorg van een redelijke kwaliteit. De kinderen waarbij ik ga helpen zijn ernstig lichamelijk en geestelijk gehandicapt en om die reden te vondeling gelegd. Men kent in Vietnam een 2-kind politiek en dit is de belangrijkste reden waarom deze kinderen te vondeling worden gelegd.
De ernstige afwijkingen zijn nog steeds een gevolg van de Vietnam oorlog toen er veelvuldig napalm en agent organge is gebruikt.
Met 7 andere vrijwilligers woon ik in een huis van de organisatie en gezamenlijk helpen we bij de projecten. We worden ondersteunt en begeleidt door Phuong, de contactpersoon daar.
Na 6 mnd van voorbereiding komt de vertrekdatum nu echt dichterbij. Ik heb er zin in. Zin om nieuwe ervaringen op te gaan doen, een nieuw land te leren kennen met al z'n gewoontes en gebruiken, maar ook zin om de handen uit de mouwen te gaan steken.
Mijn ervaringen ga ik weer op de reisblog zetten, dus als je het leuk vind om me te volgen dan kan dat op die manier.

Naar Can Tho in Vietnam
Omschrijving:
Beste allemaal,
Na bijna 5 jaar ga ik weer op reis en werken als vrijwilliger. Deze keer niet naar Afrika maar naar Azië en wel naar Vietnam. Ik ben gestationeerd in Can Tho in de mekong delta, dit is in het zuiden van het land.
Van 9 januari tot 6 maart zal ik werken in Thien An Orphanage, The city Orphanage en Buu Tri Pagode. Dit is althans op dit moment de bedoeling, mogelijjk komen hier aanpassingen in als er hulp op een andere plaats nodig blijkt.
De leefomstandigheden in Vietnam zijn redelijk tot goed te noemen. Er is voldoende voedsel en schoon drinkwater voor de kinderen en ook is de gezondheidszorg van een redelijke kwaliteit. De kinderen waarbij ik ga helpen zijn ernstig lichamelijk en geestelijk gehandicapt en om die reden te vondeling gelegd. Men kent in Vietnam een 2-kind politiek en dit is de belangrijkste reden waarom deze kinderen te vondeling worden gelegd.
De ernstige afwijkingen zijn nog steeds een gevolg van de Vietnam oorlog toen er veelvuldig napalm en agent organge is gebruikt.
Met 7 andere vrijwilligers woon ik in een huis van de organisatie en gezamenlijk helpen we bij de projecten. We worden ondersteunt en begeleidt door Phuong, de contactpersoon daar.
Na 6 mnd van voorbereiding komt de vertrekdatum nu echt dichterbij. Ik heb er zin in. Zin om nieuwe ervaringen op te gaan doen, een nieuw land te leren kennen met al z'n gewoontes en gebruiken, maar ook zin om de handen uit de mouwen te gaan steken.
Mijn ervaringen ga ik weer op de reisblog zetten, dus als je het leuk vind om me te volgen dan kan dat op die manier.

Naar Can Tho in Vietnam
Omschrijving:
Beste allemaal,
Na bijna 5 jaar ga ik weer op reis en werken als vrijwilliger. Deze keer niet naar Afrika maar naar Azië en wel naar Vietnam. Ik ben gestationeerd in Can Tho in de mekong delta, dit is in het zuiden van het land.
Van 9 januari tot 6 maart zal ik werken in Thien An Orphanage, The city Orphanage en Buu Tri Pagode. Dit is althans op dit moment de bedoeling, mogelijjk komen hier aanpassingen in als er hulp op een andere plaats nodig blijkt.
De leefomstandigheden in Vietnam zijn redelijk tot goed te noemen. Er is voldoende voedsel en schoon drinkwater voor de kinderen en ook is de gezondheidszorg van een redelijke kwaliteit. De kinderen waarbij ik ga helpen zijn ernstig lichamelijk en geestelijk gehandicapt en om die reden te vondeling gelegd. Men kent in Vietnam een 2-kind politiek en dit is de belangrijkste reden waarom deze kinderen te vondeling worden gelegd.
De ernstige afwijkingen zijn nog steeds een gevolg van de Vietnam oorlog toen er veelvuldig napalm en agent organge is gebruikt.
Met 7 andere vrijwilligers woon ik in een huis van de organisatie en gezamenlijk helpen we bij de projecten. We worden ondersteunt en begeleidt door Phuong, de contactpersoon daar.
Na 6 mnd van voorbereiding komt de vertrekdatum nu echt dichterbij. Ik heb er zin in. Zin om nieuwe ervaringen op te gaan doen, een nieuw land te leren kennen met al z'n gewoontes en gebruiken, maar ook zin om de handen uit de mouwen te gaan steken.
Mijn ervaringen ga ik weer op de reisblog zetten, dus als je het leuk vind om me te volgen dan kan dat op die manier.

Naar Can Tho in Vietnam
Omschrijving:
Beste allemaal,
Na bijna 5 jaar ga ik weer op reis en werken als vrijwilliger. Deze keer niet naar Afrika maar naar Azië en wel naar Vietnam. Ik ben gestationeerd in Can Tho in de mekong delta, dit is in het zuiden van het land.
Van 9 januari tot 6 maart zal ik werken in Thien An Orphanage, The city Orphanage en Buu Tri Pagode. Dit is althans op dit moment de bedoeling, mogelijjk komen hier aanpassingen in als er hulp op een andere plaats nodig blijkt.
De leefomstandigheden in Vietnam zijn redelijk tot goed te noemen. Er is voldoende voedsel en schoon drinkwater voor de kinderen en ook is de gezondheidszorg van een redelijke kwaliteit. De kinderen waarbij ik ga helpen zijn ernstig lichamelijk en geestelijk gehandicapt en om die reden te vondeling gelegd. Men kent in Vietnam een 2-kind politiek en dit is de belangrijkste reden waarom deze kinderen te vondeling worden gelegd.
De ernstige afwijkingen zijn nog steeds een gevolg van de Vietnam oorlog toen er veelvuldig napalm en agent organge is gebruikt.
Met 7 andere vrijwilligers woon ik in een huis van de organisatie en gezamenlijk helpen we bij de projecten. We worden ondersteunt en begeleidt door Phuong, de contactpersoon daar.
Na 6 mnd van voorbereiding komt de vertrekdatum nu echt dichterbij. Ik heb er zin in. Zin om nieuwe ervaringen op te gaan doen, een nieuw land te leren kennen met al z'n gewoontes en gebruiken, maar ook zin om de handen uit de mouwen te gaan steken.
Mijn ervaringen ga ik weer op de reisblog zetten, dus als je het leuk vind om me te volgen dan kan dat op die manier.

[description] => Beste allemaal,
Na bijna 5 jaar ga ik weer op reis en werken als vrijwilliger. Deze keer niet naar Afrika maar naar Azië en wel naar Vietnam. Ik ben gestationeerd in Can Tho in de mekong delta, dit is in het zuiden van het land.
Van 9 januari tot 6 maart zal ik werken in Thien An Orphanage, The city Orphanage en Buu Tri Pagode. Dit is althans op dit moment de bedoeling, mogelijjk komen hier aanpassingen in als er hulp op een andere plaats nodig blijkt.
De leefomstandigheden in Vietnam zijn redelijk tot goed te noemen. Er is voldoende voedsel en schoon drinkwater voor de kinderen en ook is de gezondheidszorg van een redelijke kwaliteit. De kinderen waarbij ik ga helpen zijn ernstig lichamelijk en geestelijk gehandicapt en om die reden te vondeling gelegd. Men kent in Vietnam een 2-kind politiek en dit is de belangrijkste reden waarom deze kinderen te vondeling worden gelegd.
De ernstige afwijkingen zijn nog steeds een gevolg van de Vietnam oorlog toen er veelvuldig napalm en agent organge is gebruikt.
Met 7 andere vrijwilligers woon ik in een huis van de organisatie en gezamenlijk helpen we bij de projecten. We worden ondersteunt en begeleidt door Phuong, de contactpersoon daar.
Na 6 mnd van voorbereiding komt de vertrekdatum nu echt dichterbij. Ik heb er zin in. Zin om nieuwe ervaringen op te gaan doen, een nieuw land te leren kennen met al z'n gewoontes en gebruiken, maar ook zin om de handen uit de mouwen te gaan steken.
Mijn ervaringen ga ik weer op de reisblog zetten, dus als je het leuk vind om me te volgen dan kan dat op die manier.
